Accessibility Policy

Effective Date: 24 April 2026
At www.malizalazi.com, operated by Zalazi Heritage Foundation, we are committed to making both our website and visitor experiences as accessible as possible.

1. Website Accessibility
We aim to ensure our website is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, and we
work towards meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

We are currently partially compliant and review accessibility on an ongoing basis to improve
usability.

2. Physical Accessibility
Our living museum is located in a mountainous area near Mali Zalazi, Kotor. Due to the natural
terrain and historic setting:

  • Access includes uneven and steep terrain and may be limited

  • The site may not be suitable for all mobility needs

We aim to be as inclusive as possible and encourage visitors with specific accessibility requirements to contact us in advance.

3. Feedback and Contact
If you experience any accessibility issues or have specific requirements, please contact us:
Email: hello@malizalazi.com
We aim to respond within 5–10 working days.

4. Updates
We may update this policy as we continue to improve accessibility.
